They do not allow you to return leads for credit, in fairness to them as far as contact info thats pretty good, but you eat a lot of to old, to sick, vcant get a hold of ect.

Their "verification department" leaves much to be desired. I realize that not all the leads are going to be good, but if a lead is obviously bad they will not credit it unless they reach the prospect on the first phone call; otherwise you pay for it. Hard to justify continuing to do business with them if they cannot do a little more than one call.
